Robbers burgled the house of a local journalist in the Chinari area, near Muzaffarabad.
The robbers burgled the house of Ejaz Ahmad on Saturday night while the family was out and decamped with prize bonds worth Rs200,000 and a set of gold ornaments worth Rs300,000.
After the burglary, the neighbours informed the police, who registered a case. The family had reportedly gone to Rawalpindi to attend a wedding.
