In Custody: Five suspected militants arrested

People from various areas of Hangu allegedly involved in militant activities and extortion have been arrested

HANGU:
The counter-terrorism department (CTD) claims to have arrested five people from various areas of Hangu allegedly involved in militant activities and extortion. CTD Hangu In charge DSP Taj Malook told the media on Friday that the five suspected militants were identified as Naseeruddin and Zulqarnain, residents of Bagatu, and Abdul Qayyum, Muhammad Salim and Kamal Hussain, residents of Chapri Naryab. According to DSP Malook, crackdown against anti-social elements will continue in the district till it is rid of militancy and extortion.
