Youhanabad hit-and-run: LHC asked to set aside bail decision
Masih’s counsel requested the court to set aside the trial court’s decision.

Lahore High Court (LHC) issued a notice on Thursday to the Nishter Colony SHO on a petition challenging bail granted to a woman accused of killing three men and injuring 11 others by hitting them with her car while fleeing a mob in Youhanabad. Hameed Masih had filed the petition saying that a trial court had released Maryam Safdar on a bail without deciding the question of her motive behind the reckless driving. Masih’s counsel requested the court to set aside the trial court’s decision.
