An All Parties Conference (APC) on Wednesday announced to hold protests across Balochistan on May 5 and shutter-down strike on May 6 to oppose the proposed change in Pak-China economic corridor route.



The APC has constituted a 12-member committee to meet Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and Chinese ambassador to resolve the issues with dialogue.


Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam Nazariyati (JUI-N) conducted the APC at its central office in Quetta.


Following the meeting, Jamiat-Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI F) Central Information Secretary Hafiz Husain Ahmed, JUI-N provincial chief Maulana Qadir Looni, ANP provincial president Asghar Khan Achakzai, PML-Q Balochistan head Shiekh Jaffar Mandokhail, PPP provincial secretary general Bismillah Kakar and representatives of the traders association talked to the media.
