Absence from duty: DSP dismissed from service

LAHORE:
Inspector General of Punjab Police Mushtaq Ahmad Sukhera on Wednesday removed DSP Khadija Tasneem from service for absence from duty. She was posted at Police College Sihala on September 1, 2014. She remained absent from duty without any leave or permission and has not reported back till now. She was served notices, but did not reply. The IGP, while exercising powers vested in him under chapter-I 2(b) of the Punjab Civil Servants (E&D) Rules, 1999, removed her from service.
