More that 450 graduates received their degrees in a convocation ceremony at the Bilquis Postgraduate College for Women, Nur Khan Air Base on Monday.


Chief of the Air Staff Air Chief Marshal Sohail Aman was the chief guest at the occasion.

Begum Talat Sohail, president of the Pakistan Air Force Women’s Association, was also present.

The chief guest awarded trophy, medals and certificates to position holders.

The “Quaid-i-Azam Trophy” for the best student of the year was awarded to Sara Zainab.

Air University Vice-Chancellor air vice marshal (retd) Faaiz Amir conferred degrees to 31 students of Masters of Arts (MA) English, 23 of Master’s in Education, 20 of MA Education and 382 of Bachelor’s in education courses.

Earlier, Mrs Kaukab Ara Nasir, principal of the institute, presented the annual report of the college.
