Busted: Robbers among six arrested
Acting on a tip-off, a police party raided a robbers’ hideout in Dhoke Syedan area

The Taxila police on Monday arrested four suspected robbers and seized weapons and ammunition from their possession. Acting on a tip-off, a police party raided a robbers’ hideout in Dhoke Syedan area and arrested Fazal Badshah, Sajjad Ahmed, Gul Karim and Haroon while they were allegedly planning a robbery. The police also seized four 30-bore pistols with 20 bullets from them. Meanwhile, the same police seized a 30-bore pistol with four bullets from Mujahid and a 30-bore pistol with three bullets from Noor Muhammad. Separate cases have been registered against them.
