Biscuit brand Peek Freans Rio organised a ‘fun carnival’ for children at a local amusement park to promote learning with entertainment. The carnival was a celebration for the winners of an earlier competition. It included activities allowing the children to exercise their physical and cognitive skills with their parents and in groups. Face-painting, competitions, magic shows, refreshments and rides were part of the carnival. “We strongly believe that an essential part of growing up is to have an active lifestyle,” said Zulfiqar Ali Ansari, the head of marketing at English Biscuit Manufacturers (Pvt) Ltd, the manufacturers of Peek Freans RIO.
