The convocation of Government College University Lahore is going to be held today

The convocation of Government College University Lahore is going to be held today (Friday) at 9am. Around 1,600 students will receive medals, certificates and degrees. Addressing students at the rehearsal on Thursday, Vice Chancellor Dr Muhammad Khaleequr Rahman said the convocation was one of the most memorable moments in a student’s life. “About 71 best students will receive medals and certificates of distinction this year at the convocation. The university will also be conferring doctorate of philosophy degrees on 55 scholars,” he said. Earlier, the vice chancellor chaired a meeting of all academic and administrative heads to review arrangements for the convocation.
