The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has finalised arrangements for the auction of residential and commercial plots in the capital.
In this connection a meeting was held at the CDA Headquarters to review the arrangements made by the authority for auction of the residential and commercial plots.
The meeting, presided by Chairman CDA Maroof Afzal, decided that the auction of the residential plots would be held today (Wednesday) while commercial plots would be auctioned on April 23 (Thursday). Action proceedings will start at 9am.

The committee will submit its recommendations to CDA Board which is competent forum to approve the bids.
Residential plots which would be put up for auction are located in Sector F-7, G-6, G-7, G-10, and in the Nothern Strip of Sector E-11, while commercial plots of Blue Area, F-11, G-10, I-9, I-10 and plots located adjacent to the IJ Principal Road would be also presented for auction.
