Sweet 70: Danish envoy celebrates dad’s birthday
The envoy said he wanted to make the event memorable

Danish Ambassador Jesper Moller Sorensen hosted a dinner and musical evening at his residence on Saturday night to celebrate the 70th birthday of his father who flew in from Denmark to participate in the ceremony along with his wife. The envoy said he wanted to make the event memorable and thus invited a leading group of musicians to entertain his guests, which included politicians, diplomats and civil society members. The ambassador’s father said Pakistan is “a wonderful country” and offered a special thanks to his son.
