Honour Killing: ‘Murderer’ on the run

HYDERABAD: A man killed his wife and another man in a case of honour killing in Unarpur village in Jamshoro district on Thursday. According to the police, the suspected killer Khawro Khoso axed his wife, 25-year-old Shahida Khoso, along with a young man, Shafi alias Karo Khoso, whom he suspected of adultery. The suspect later buried their bodies in a graveyard. The SHO of the Budhapur police station, Ghulam Qadir Panhwar, said the police received information about the killings and raided the residence of Khoso, who had already fled the town along with his other family members. Panhwar said that the woman’s body was exhumed from the graveyard and shifted to Civil hospital for a post-mortem but the man’s body has yet to be found.
