Wheat Export: Government allows extension
All other instructions on the subject shall remain unchanged
KARACHI:
The government has allowed one-month extension to the time period given for export of wheat and wheat flour for Sindh and Punjab, according to a circular issued by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP). The lifting operations would now be completed by April 30 in Sindh, and by May 15 in Punjab. The export date for Sindh and Punjab has been extended by 30 days, starting from the lifting date. The attention of authorised dealers has been invited to a circular letter dated March 5, 2015 and April 13, 2015 regarding the said subject. All other instructions on the subject shall remain unchanged. The SBP has advised the authorised dealers to bring the same to notice of all their constituents.
