Rangers Raid: ‘53 weapons seized from Nine Zero illegal’

At least 53 weapons recovered from Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) headquarters, Nine Zero, during the Rangers raid on March 11 are illegal and the party officials have failed to show their licences, claimed a Rangers spokesperson on Tuesday. According to the spokesperson, 124 weapons were seized from the Khursheed Begum Memorial Hall during the operation. “Licences of 107 were received by the Rangers in which only 71 were verified,” he claimed. Despite repeated attempts, the MQM spokesperson was unavailable for comments.
