Taking credit: CPLC, Sindh Police also claim victory

KARACHI:
The Citizens-Police Liaison Committee (CPLC) Sindh and Sindh Police also claimed a share in the victory by publicising their involvement in the rescue operation to secure the release of Rizwan Dosani.
The CPLC and Sindh Police jointly worked on the case, stated a press release issued by the CPLC. On the basis of ground intelligence and technical support, four people were arrested initially, it claimed.
The span of working was expanded more and the joint team made consecutive and continuous raids in the areas of Karachi, Dera Murad Jamali, Khair Pour, Austa Muhammad, Jacobabad and Balochistan, it said. Two more suspects were then arrested and finally an operation was conducted in the area of Dera Murad Jamali from where both the victims were recovered successfully without paying any money. Sindh IG congratulated the entire CPLC team and Sindh Police.
