191ST SYNDICATE MEETING: SU employees to get possession of plots
The syndicate further reduced the fee of the Master’s of Law course
HYDERABAD:
The syndicate of Sindh University approved the handover of physical possession of the plots allotted to the varsity employees in the Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto Staff Housing Scheme at the 191st meeting of the syndicate, chaired by vice-chancellor Prof Dr Abida Taherani. Moreover, the syndicate decided to allot the plots to the employees of all three centres working under the university. These centres are the Area Study Centre Far East, Pak Study Centre and Centre of Excellence. The syndicate further reduced the fee of the Master’s of Law course. The appointment of Dr Imdadullah Siddiqui and Yasmeen Yousif Pardesi as chairpersons of the departments of geology and political science, respectively, was also approved at the meeting.
