Non-cooperation: ATC declares Qadri proclaimed offender

LAHORE:
Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) chief Tahirul Qadri and 10 others were declared proclaimed offenders by an anti-terrorism court on Saturday. Judge Rai Ayub Marth directed the Depalpur police to submit a detailed report by May 10 on progress in the investigation of the case. He also allowed the police to serve notices to the suspects seeking their appearance before the court. The judge said arrest warrants would be issued for the suspects if they failed to appear before the court in a month’s time.
