Crackdown: AIG seeks report on gambling dens
Thebo said that action will be taken against SHOs
KARACHI:
AIG Ghulam Qadir Thebo demanded the zonal DIGs to submit their reports on the crackdown against gambling dens, reminding them that their deadline was April 10. In a statement issued on Saturday, he sought the action-oriented reports on the demolition of gambling and drug dens, details of the registered cases, arrests and releases, seized material and relevant police activity. Thebo said that action will be taken against SHOs who were not following orders regarding the closure of these places across the city.
