Zain murder case: Former minister's son produced before ATC in Lahore
Kanju brought to the court after a ten-day physical remand; investigative report to be submitted in court shortly

The son of a former state minister for foreign affairs, Mustafa Kanju, was produced before an anti-terrorism court in Lahore for allegedly killing a teenager and injuring another, Express News reported.
On April 1, Siddique Kanju’s son Mustafa had opened fire on a vehicle near Lahore's Cavalry Ground area which led to the killing of a 16-year-old boy Zain and a pedestrian being injured.

Kanju was brought to the court after a ten-day physical remand. An investigative report will be submitted to the court shortly.
After initial denials, the accused had admitted to ’accidentally’ killing Zain.
