Brutal murder: Locals find partially burnt remains of toddler
The police took the body to Ayub Medical Complex for an autopsy where it was identified

Police have found the partially burnt body of a toddler who went missing from Mohalla Jhangi Syedan about four days back, said family members and police.
Mirpur police station SHO Hafeez said Thursday night that 18-month-old Muhammad Abbas, son of Muhammad Naseer, was playing in the street in the area on Monday when he went missing.
His family searched but failed to find him. They registered an FIR against unidentified persons. However, on Thursday evening, the SHO said some locals found the body of a child in Dheriyan near Kaghan Colony and informed the police.
The police took the body to Ayub Medical Complex for an autopsy where it was identified. Doctors said the toddler was strangled and his body was set on fire before being dumped in the bushes. The father, Naseer, denied having enmity with anybody but registered a case against unidentified persons.
