Major breakthrough: CIA arrest TTP man from Lahore
The suspect was identified as Hafiz Sanaullah alias Qari Zarar by the CIA

The Crime Investigation Agency (CIA) on Thursday claimed to have arrested a member of the outlawed Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) and its ally Harkatul Mujahideen commander, who had allegedly killed Colonel Imam, a retired officer of the Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI), and Khalid Khawaja, former squadron leader of Pakistan Air Force.
The four were taken to North Waziristan, where he murdered Col Imam and Khalid Khawaja. Qureshi and his employee were later released after their families made a ransom payment of Rs14 million.

The suspect was identified as Hafiz Sanaullah alias Qari Zarar by the CIA, a unit of the Lahore police. A police official said that during interrogation, Sanaullah has made some startling revelations.
Quoting the suspect, the police official said Sanaullah in 2009, in connivance with the Punjabi Taliban, had kidnapped Col Imam, Col Khawaja, journalist Asad Qureshi and his employee.
The four were taken to North Waziristan, where he murdered Col Imam and Khalid Khawaja. Qureshi and his employee were later released after their families made a ransom payment of Rs14 million.
