Responding to Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain's comments inviting Imran and his wife to Karachi, Reham said she does not need any invitation to visit the city.
"I am coming to Karachi on the invitation of my brothers and sisters from NA-246," she said.
When a reporter asked Reham if this was her first step in politics, she responded that she was there to support Imran Khan.
"If Khan sb was playing the World Cup I would go there too to support him...If he was to scale K2, I would support him there as well," she said.
She further added that "I am not a politician, I am here as a spouse and a partner so if Khan sb decides to go to Nine-Zero I will go there," she concluded.

Days ahead of the polling, Altaf said he welcomes Imran to address his supporters in Karachi.
