Mustafa Kanju is accused of resorting to gunfire after a petty argument over a car accident
LAHORE:
The AK-47 rifle used to shoot 16-year-old Zain Rauf was registered under son of a former minister Mustafa Kanju's name, a police official told The Express Tribune on Wednesday.
Earlier on Sunday, Kanju in his statement to the police said although he pulled the trigger, he had no intention of killing anyone.
Another senior police official of the investigation wing told The Express Tribune that a case has been registered against Kanju and his accomplices, including his brother-in-law Rizwan in compliance of Iftikhar, for grabbing a house and abduction.
