The miscreants took away cash, medal and other valuables from his residence.
Station House Officer Aabpara Khalid Awan said police was unable to arrest the assailants as they were informed late by Faraz’s family.
He said Investigation Officer Ghulam Rasool is making all efforts to arrest the robbers.
“We hope that we will be able to arrest them soon,” Awan added.
The Quick Response Force - which is constantly patrolling the city - reportedly failed to reach the site on time.
