The Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam - Fazl warned the provincial government to stop the 'oppressive action against religious seminaries in the province'. Addressing a press conference in Hyderabad on Wednesday, JUI-F provincial leader Nasir Mehmood Soomro said that party workers from all over Sindh will gather in Hyderabad on April 2 to organise a rally. "If our concerns are not addressed, we will surround Chief Minister House," he warned. According to him, some 40 seminaries have been sealed and 50 scholars booked in FIRs in Sindh so far.
