Around 4,000 litres of liquor were seized

At least four police personnel were injured when they were pelted with stones during a raid at a den preparing moonshine liquor in Kotri Town, Jamshoro, on Saturday. According to a police spokesperson, around 4,000 litres of liquor were seized and eight suspects arrested in the raid at Khaskheli and Panah Shah villages in Kotri SITE. The injured personnel were identified as lady constable Tasneem, Wahid Chandio, Abdul Majeed and Mohsin Ali. The spokesperson added the police had registered an FIR at Kotri police station against the eight arrested suspects and 10 others who fled the site.
