Preserving environment: Trail-3 cleaned-up by volunteers
The activity was aimed at promoting the need to preserve Pakistan’s natural habitats
A clean-up activity was carried out by the Mobilink Foundation on Trail-3 of the Margalla Hills, according to a press release. The activity involved more than 60 volunteers hiking up the Hills, while cleaning the trail of the left over garbage and waste. The activity was aimed at promoting the need to preserve Pakistan’s natural habitats. This volunteer drive was also one of the features of World Wide Fund for Nature’s (WWF) ‘Green Office Program’ and served to educate employees about environmental custodianship.
