Fatal accident: One killed, two injured

One person was killed and two injured in a road accident near Electrical and Mechanical Engineering College on Monday. Jalat Khan, Asif and Yasmeen were travelling in a taxi when a speeding dump truck hit them and sped away, leaving them critically injured. They were taken to Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences, where Khan was pronounced dead and Asif and Yasmeen were admitted in critical condition. The police registered a case against the unknown driver but have made no arrests yet.
