Man arrested for bringing knife to CJ’s court
The knife was recovered from Zubair Ahmad during a search of litigants
LAHORE:
Security personnel at Lahore High Court (LHC) arrested a man on Thursday when he tried to enter courtroom of Chief Justice Khwaja Imtiaz Ahmad with a knife in his possession.
The knife was recovered from Zubair Ahmad during a search of litigants. He was handed over to Old Anarkali police for further action. The security staff said that the man had intended to attack the CJ.
