Calling all MPAs: MQM submits application for Sindh Assembly session
The requisition was tabled by MQM parliamentary leader Sardar Ahmed

Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) MPAs submitted a requisition at the Sindh Assembly on Thursday to summon a session on the Rangers raid at their party's headquarters, Nine Zero, during which several MQM workers were arrested.
The requisition was tabled by MQM parliamentary leader Sardar Ahmed who said that law enforcement agencies had violated the sanctity of the party's headquarters and harassed elected representatives.
The secretary of the House, GM Umar Farooq, said that they had started the process of summoning a session after they received an application with signatures of more than 40 MPAs.
He added that the application will be reviewed by the speaker of the Sindh Assembly, Agha Siraj Durrani, and it was his prerogative to fix a date for a session.
