Four women players were robbed near NIPA Chowrangi in Gulshan-e-Iqbal locality of Karachi on Sunday evening.
Pakistan women cricket team player, Kanwal Naz while talking to The Express Tribune said that she along with three football team players, Kiran Yousuf, Sana Kanwal and Kiran Saba was driving back home after training when unidentified armed motorcyclists intercepted their car.
After depriving them of their valuables, the robbers managed to escape successfully.
DSP Nasir Lodhi said the police received information about the incident but so far no complaint has been made to register a case.
