Managing The Disease: ‘My Diabetes Story’ launched in Pakistan

‘My Diabetes Story’, the first online community to help people with diabetes in Pakistan manage their disease, was launched in the country by Sanofi Pakistan at the Second International Diabetes Conference on Thursday. The conference, organised in collaboration with the Diabetic Association of Pakistan and the World Health Organisation, brought together diabetes experts from across the world on one platform to share their insights with healthcare professionals in Pakistan. “Diabetes is an increasingly serious social, economic and medical threat that must be a high priority of a developing country’s health policy,” said International Diabetes Foundation president Sir Michael Hirst.
