Egyptian couple hosts Islamic State-themed wedding
A video of the wedding shows the bride and groom dancing in a cage surrounded by masked men brandishing knives
EGYPT:
In a bizarre and insensitive development, a couple in Egypt hosted an Islamic State-themed wedding party, complete with a cage where there the bride and groom were locked by masked men brandishing knives, Sky News reported.
Shot in Menoufia, Egypt, by photographer Ahmed Kassem, a video of the wedding party begins with a veiled man conducting an anthem used in a propaganda released by the militants.
He then leads the bride and groom into a cage similar to the one used in the video of a Jordanian pilot who was burned alive just last month.

Once inside the cage, the newlywed began dancing with the masked attendant while guests clap and cheer them on.

The idea for the themed wedding was thought up by the groom who had told his bride-to-be that he was planning something different for their wedding.
It was only the groom, his attendants and the photographer who knew about the theme of the party ahead of the wedding.
As the theme unfolded in front of the guests, some believed that the wedding was being stormed by IS militants according to the Youm7, a local Egyptian newspaper.
Pictures and videos of the wedding started making rounds on social media after Kassem uploaded the video to his Facebook page.
