Upgrade: MRI machine for Bahawal Victoria

He said the machine would be installed at a cost of Rs190 million.

The chief minister has given approval to install Bahawal Victoria Hospital’s second MRI Super Conducting Machine, Dr Shahid Manzoor of the Radiology Department, said on Tuesday. He said the machine would be installed at a cost of Rs190 million. He said the government had upgraded facilities at the department and had provided a fluoroscopy machine – the only one in south Punjab districts.  He said the Bahawal Victoria Hospital had three CT Scan machines, six X-Ray machines and five colour doppler machines.
