Ending polio: Vaccination drive from today

Over 760,000 children under five years of age will be vaccinated across the district.

RAWALPINDI: The Rawalpindi health department will carry out a three-day polio vaccination drive from Monday (today). Over 760,000 children under five years of age will be vaccinated across the district. District Health Officer Dr Rafiq Ahmed said the department had finalised all arrangements, adding that over 1,760 teams, including 1,400 mobile and 260 at fixed points and 95 transit units, will participate in the campaign.
