Actor Aamir says he doesn't find the content of AIB roast featuring Karan Johar, Arjun Kapoor and Ranveer Singh funny. In fact, for him the show was verbally violent, reported India Today.

Aamir said at a public event that insulting someone is not funny and does not impress him. He slammed Karan and Arjun for forsaking their responsibility as creative people and for irresponsible abusive session.

"I am not talking about AIB, but about Arjun, Karan and other actors at the event...I think as a creative person, it is my responsibility to search for the good in people," he added.

However, the actor said he does not approve of the kind of backlash the show generated. He thinks the onslaught is uncalled for unless the group has broken the law.

I also see that there is a lot of witch-hunting happening to them. I do not believe in that either. If I do not like something you have done...I should request you to not do it again. I should appeal to your good senses. "Who am I to tell you how you should conduct yourself," he said.

Adding to his point further the Bollywood actor said, "I have also made a film like Delhi Belly which got an A certificate. I myself have gone out telling people it's an adult film. There are expletives in the film so please don't come if you don't like such stuff. I do have the liberty as a creative person but I also have a responsibility. I have to fulfil both. That's all I would say."
