Pottery: Ceramics workshop concludes
The participants studied as well as practiced the art of pottery.
ISLAMABAD:
A 10-day pottery and ceramics workshop concluded at the Pakistan National Council of the Arts (PNCA) on Saturday.
The workshop was conducted by ceramist Shahid Waheed of the National College of Arts, Lahore, and was attended by over 60 students and artists.
The participants studied as well as practiced the art of pottery.
PNCA Director General Muhammad Naeem distributed certificated among the participants at the concluding ceremony on Saturday. He said art was a powerful tool which could change minds and contribute towards building a peaceful society. “Our youth have the potential to overcome all challenges facing the country and excel in all fields including arts,” he said.
