Interior ministry sends 12 cases to be tried in military courts: ISPR
The military has received these cases after being forwarded by the provincial apex committees to the Interior Ministry

Pakistan army spokesperson Major General Asim Bajwa on Saturday said that the military courts established as part of the National Action Plan (NAP) will start hearing terrorism cases.
The military has received these cases after being forwarded by the provincial apex committees to the Interior Ministry. The armed forces will kick off the military courts by hearing the 12 initial cases that have been brought forth.
In wake of the attack on Army Public School in Peshawar that left over 130 children dead, the 21st amendment was passed in the parliament which states that military courts will be established to try terrorists.
