Former Pakistan cricket team captain Inzamamul Haq says that he “doesn’t mind” another defeat against India if Pakistan can lift the World Cup trophy on March 29, reports IBN Live.

The batting legend hinted that India will have a an advantage over Pakistan having spent so much time in Australia in recent months.

"Adjustment is always key and Indian team will enjoy the advantage. But I can tell you one thing: reverse swing won't be a factor with two new balls from both ends," said Inzy.

"I think Indo-Pak match at start will be crucial. A final before final. But I don't mind losing to India if Pakistan win World Cup," he added.

Further Inzy reiterated his support for Dhoni by saying that the Indian team will do well because it is under his captaincy.

"I believe having Dhoni as a leader is a big factor for the Indian team. An experienced captain in a big-ticket event is always a plus. Dhoni is one player who has performed for India in pressure situations and scripted innumerable comebacks for the team. Having a leader who knows how to handle pressure makes Dhoni cut above rest," he said.

"Let me tell you a story. In 1992, we went to Australia a month before World Cup. Not many know that we played six warm-up games prior to the World Cup and lost all six. [And] We went on to win the World Cup," the former captain said as a concluding note.

Not too long ago we were always worried about Pakistan batting before the start of a tournament. But this year we don't even have a bowling attack as good as India. This team is pathetic.

All the top 3 Asian teams are simply crap at the moment. Pakistan and Srilanka both are downright pathetic and would bow out in the first round. As for India, if Kohli clicks than India might just go on to play the quaters otherwise it's going to be curtains for them as well.
