Reasons unknown: Woman commits suicide
The police is yet to ascertain the reason of the suicide.

A woman committed suicide in Shamozai on Sunday. According to Shamozai police, Safiya, 23, swallowed poison. The police is yet to ascertain the reason of the suicide. Meanwhile, in another incident, law-enforcement agencies recovered weapons and ammo during a raid in Ajrang, Gul Kada. According to a Saidu police official, the raid was carried out on Ibar Gul’s house after the police received a tip-off. An AK-47, a 12-bore rifle and several rounds of ammunition were recovered. Police arrested the accused. Further investigation is under way.
