Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif on Wednesday morning visited the Saudi Arabia embassy in Islamabad to offer condolences over the death of King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, Express News reported.
King Abdullah passed away last week and was replaced by Crown Prince Salman.

Saudi Ambassador Jassim al Khaldi welcomed the COAS at the embassy.
Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif had earlier attended the funeral prayer for the late King in Riyadh.
