Blackout: 11 hours of power outage in upper Sindh

The worst affected were the students and the people who had to leave their hometowns for their jobs.

NAUNDERO:
Prolonged electricity failure hit Ratodero, Naundero, Larkana, Madeji and their surrounding villages and other towns. The consumers, traders, businessmen and commuters and rice mill owners faced hardships due to the power outage that began at 3am and lasted till 2pm on Tuesday. The worst affected were the students and the people who had to leave their hometowns for their jobs. To make matters worse, there was zero visibility due to the fog with very few vehicles on the roads with emergency lights. Hospitals were severely affected where operations were either postponed or generators were started to carry out emergency operations.
