Karachi police arrest TTP members involved in attack on Chaudhry Aslam's house

One of the suspects, Dawood Mehsud, was also the Karachi chief of the TTP

KARACHI: Two members of the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan were arrested on Monday from Sohrab Goth's Janjal Goth locality in Karachi.

According to police officials, the suspects identified as Dawood Mehsud and Azeem Mehsud, had planned the attack on CID senior police officer Chaudhry Aslam’s house in 2011.

The raid was conducted on an intelligence tip-off and arms and foreign currency was seized from the suspects’ possession.

The suspects were wanted in multiple cases of targeted killings and robberies. Dawood Mehsud was also the Karachi chief of the TTP.

Why arrest these criminals? Just shoot them at sight. The courts cannot do anything

Remember when MQM was crying/yelling very loudly about the Taliban infiltration and their surrounding of Karachi.

Most of the people made it sound like it was against the PPI and Shah saheb etc.

I guess Altaf Was correct after all.
