Sethi declines PSL Bids Committee nomination
Member Board of Governors says he wants to avoid being involved in financial matters

Former Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) chairman Najam Sethi has decided not to accept the board's nomination of him as Chairman of the Bids Committee for auctioning Pakistan Super League (PSL) rights.
"I am grateful to the Board of Governors for trust and confidence in me especially since I have personally worked hard to revive the idea and project of PSL, but I do not wish to get involved in financial matters and contracts", said Sethi according to PCB press release.
Sethi is currently a member of the Board of Governors of the PCB and honorary chairman of the Executive Committee of the Board, which functions as an advisory and non-decision-making body.
He is scheduled to take over as President of the International Cricket Council (ICC) in July 2015, in an honorary post.
