Hit-and-run: Woman killed, nephew injured

ISLAMABAD:
An 18-year-old woman was killed and her nephew injured in a road accident in Koral on Wednesday. Police said that an excavator, driven by an unknown man, struck Haleem Bibi and her nephew, Shoaib, on Islamabad Expressway. They were taken to a hospital, where doctors pronounced Haleem dead, while and Shoaib was stated to be in critical condition. She was on her way to work along with her nephew when the vehicle hit them.
