Gen Sharif presents Pakistan's perspective on security, challenges faced
Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif on Thursday said that despite challenges faced, Pakistan is determined to eliminate terrorism.
According to Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) director Major General Asim Bajwa said that the Army chief visited the Royal College of Defence Studies and the Sandhurst Military Academy on Thursday.
He said that Gen Sharif presented Pakistan’s perspective on security, and the challenges faced.
Addressing Pakistani cadets at Sandhurst, he advised them to lead and do their country proud.
The Army chief is currently on a three-day tour of the UK.

A number of Pakistani cadets study at the military academy. Pakistan has a strong tradition at the academy with cadets winning the coveted sword of honour.
