PESHAWAR:
Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) has held the Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa government responsible for the APS attack on December 16, 2014. The party demanded resignation of lawmakers from the treasury benches and an impartial enquiry into the incident that claimed 150 lives.
Maulana Gul Nasib Khan said the propaganda against religious seminaries will not bear fruit and that certain elements within political circles are behind the smear campaign. He opposed the 21st Amendment and the establishment of military courts. He also added the government should look into the actual reasons behind the radicalisation of society and shun the existing domestic and foreign policies.
