Women development: ‘Govt working to protect women’s rights’
LAHORE:
Women Development Minister Hameeda Waheeduddin on Monday urged women assembly members to educate public about the measures taken by the government to protect women’s rights.
She was addressing a meeting on stopping violence against women, transfer of inherited property and giving effective representation to women in local government.
Women Development Secretary Irum Bukhari was also present.
