New postings: Three labour court judges appointed
LAHORE:
Lahore High Court (LHC) on Tuesday placed services of three district and sessions judges at the disposal of Punjab government for posting as judges of labour courts of Faisalabad, Multan and DG Khan.
The LHC has placed services of District and Sessions Judge Chaudhry Mahmood Ahmad Shakir at the disposal of the government for his posting as presiding officer of Punjab Labour Court Faisalabad till his superannuation on June 1, 2016; of District and Sessions Judge Muhammad Aslam Pervez for his posting as presiding officer at labour court Multan till his superannuation on December 31, 2016; and of Nussar Ali Naseem for his posting as presiding officer at the labour court at Dera Ghazi Khan.
The LHC has placed services of Muhammad Ajmal Khan Raja, an additional district and sessions judge, at the disposal of the Islamabad High Court on deputation basis for a period of three years.
