Out-of-turn promotions: Pleas dismissed against ruling

Judgements declared as illegal and unconstitutional

KARACHI: The Supreme Court Monday dismissed civil review petitions filed by as many as 179 reverted officers seeking review of the judgments passed by the superior courts through which out-of-turn promotions, deputations, absorptions and regularisation by Sindh government were declared as illegal and unconstitutional.
